Our Home

The Kitchen

The main floor of our home was built with entertaining our large family and many friends in mind. With an open concept, our chef's kitchen opens up to a gorgeous gas fireplace with comfy living area. Our oversized 9' island seats six to hang out while cooking or just relaxing in the kitchen area together. The breakfast area has a generous round table that seats six.

You will be in heaven in this $100,000 chef's dream! Every conceivable luxury has been thought of in this kitchen.

Starting with a $20,000 Thermador Range with Commercial Grade Vent Hood. This range includes two full ovens, a griddle, a grill and six gas burners. The gas ovens also include Convection options and built-in thermometers to ensure your dishes are never overcooked. And never worry about filling those pots when cooking with the convenient pot filler installed at the oven.

There are two Thermador blue diamond dishwashers to make cleaning up after your gourmet meal easy. Store plenty of groceries in the full size built-in Thermador refrigerator and full size built-in Thermador sub-zero freezer. Enjoy an endless supply of "Sonic Ice" with the Scottsman ice maker built into the island.

You will also have a full walk-in pantry stocked with the essentials for your use during your stay.

Luxury Appliances

The kitchen cabinets are stocked with all the essentials and then some. You will be well-stocked with a 10 QT Instapot, Large Crock Pot, CuisinArt Air Frier, Ninja Blender, Smoothie Maker, Food Processor and Kitchen-Aid Professional 600 standing mixer with full spiralizer peel, core and slice attachment kit.

Metal skewers for grilling, vegetable spiralizer, garlic press, multiple slicer/peeler tools, multiple serving dishes, mixing bowls, charcuterie board and a Cuisin-art full professional pots and pans set are all waiting for you.

If you love a great cup of coffee, you will fall in love with the built-in Thermador Coffee Center. This machine is amazing and the one thing we miss most when we are away from home! With a single push of a button, this espresso/coffee machine will make the perfect cup of coffee on the spot.

Prefer an Espresso, Machiatto, Cappuccino or Hot Tea? No problem! Simply select your preferred drink and this machine will make it for you in seconds with a single push of a button!

Open up the 16' disappearing glass door to extend the living space to the outdoors where we have a 12' dining table that seats 10 along with another gas fireplace, four ceiling-mounted commercial grade infrared heaters, modern sectional couch and seating area, wet bar and television.

There is a second deck that steps down from the screened-in main deck and houses a large 8 person hot tub. There is another large outdoor couch and seating area on the hot tub deck as well. The deck box is full of beach towels for your use during your stay.

This deck steps down into the large fenced in back yard perfect for the kids to play or the fur babies to run around. We also have a full bocce court and fire pit with four chairs between the two large maple trees.

A third deck is off the other side of the main screened porch that has a large gas grill and cooking area.

With a full Sonos sound system that includes the outdoor living space and the hot tub decks, you can enjoy music while relaxing around the fire pit or playing bocce or chilling in the hot tub.

Outdoor Living Space

Primary Retreat

After a long day you can look forward to retiring to the primary suite. With a super comfortable king size bed with the Temperpedic Adjustable Bed Frame, a dedicated Sonos audio zone to play your own music throughout the suite and double french doors that lead to the screened-in back porch with easy access to the hot tub you will relax in luxury.

Not quite ready for bed? You can sit on the comfy couch in the seating area and curl up with your favorite book.

Or maybe you would prefer a glass of wine while you soak in the oversized bathtub and watch a little TV. Or grab your favorite drink and sit in the large double steam shower complete with two shower heads, two benches, two hand-sprayers (all controlled with their own water temperature), a rain-shower in the center and multiple aromatherapy steam shower heads to release the perfect relaxing aroma of your choice.

Enjoy the warm heated floors throughout the primary bathroom. You will also have a full armoire for hanging and storing your clothes and toiletries. We also provide a hair drier, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion, toilet paper and miscellaneous toiletries.

Laundry Room

Office

This beautiful laundry room has plenty of room to catch up on your laundry during your stay with a full washer and dryer along with a pedestal washer for those small loads.

The laundry is fully stocked with laundry detergent, fabric softener, scented laundry beads and environmentally friendly wool drying balls. You will also find an iron and full size ironing board here for your use.

Need to catch up on some work while you are away? No problem. Just escape to the private office perfectly nestled under the stairs on the main floor. It is equipped with a WiFi printer, copier and scanner for your use. Also has a Sonos sound zone where you can listen to a little music while you work.

Wifi is available throughout the house with boosters installed to cover the upstairs as well as the outdoor living space. Google Fiber 1Gig service provides plenty of bandwidth.

This large bonus room can be used as a fun space for the kids or the adults to hang out.

This great space is divided into three main areas. One has a life-size wall-mounted magnetic Tic-Tac-Toe board and two Cordoroy Bean Bag Chairs (as seen on Shark Tank) that each convert to a surprisingly comfortable full size bed. We have two sets of full size sheets, blankets and pillows stored under the bonus room couch. You can watch this video to see how to convert them into two full size beds and then back into the bean bag chairs.

The gaming area is equipped with a couch that converts to a bed (sheets, blankets and pillows can be found by lifting up the couch seat), a 60” Roku TV, a vintage Ms. Pacman arcade game and a full-size foosball table. There is also a full size shuffleboard along the bonus room wall.

The third area has its own TV for either watching TV while someone is gaming on the other TV or for our favorite thing - “KARAOKE!”

We have a full karaoke setup with sound system, microphones and stands. Just connect your phone or tablet to the Apple TV and stream all of the YouTube videos with lyrics to sing along.

Bonus Room

Reba's Room

This bedroom is the upstairs primary suite with a comfy queen size bed, Roku tv, large walk-in closet, full bathroom and its own coffee station fully stocked for the perfect cup of morning coffee.

Named for the Reba McEntire hit Red Roses that was written from this very place. Red Roses was on the Have I Got A Deal For You album that went Gold.

I remember listening to the demo tape from the living room couch and thinking how clever those lyrics were. It was co-written with David Lee Murphy about 10 years before Party Crowd which they also wrote together.
